Things are getting a bit better for buyers (rising inventory, easing competition), but we've still got a big, multi-year problem on our hands: we're not building homes anywhere near fast enough. Which can make entering the homebuying market a little intimidating. Give yourself a leg up on the competition by working with an expert agent.

What does everyone think of the name chosen for our new Highschool?

Tonight, the board of education voted and approved the name of our new high school, Palisades High School. Over the past two months, we received feedback from close to 5000 stakeholders that ultimately informed the naming process for the ORHS Naming committee and the CMS Board of Education. It should also be noted that our community voted to adopt the Charlotte Hornets colors as our own. I am excited about the progress we have made and will continue to make as we work towards opening our doors to students in August. Our next community vote will be for our mascot/nickname.
