Ok.. (Sorry about the long post..)
Last month, after months of putting this off I held my first Real Estate Fundamentals Class in years. I was hesitant, as I wanted to make sure that folks are getting a return for time and money they invested....
Then I got this review:
"Exceeded every expectation. Money well spent.
Honestly, I was hesitant about paying for this class. As a Youtube scholar I asked myself, what can this teach me that I can’t learn for free from Youtube? The answer. Idk. Depends on how many rabbit holes of information overload I was willing to go down. But I do know I saved days, maybe even weeks or months of time searching for videos about this information. Then also saved the time it would have taken searching for the answers to all my questions. AND the heartache of making a mistake and paying for it (literally) in the future because of not being informed about something.
Ed lays everything out so that the information flows together seamlessly and is easy to understand. And he makes a point to confirm that you understand everything along the way by incorporating all interactive content. He shared lessons he earned along his real estate journey and provided us with information about his own personal hurdles and challenges that will save us time and lots of $$$ in the long run. And the stories are very entertaining🍿
He gifted us with information about strategies he has used in the past and that he implements today that helped him get ahead utilizing opm. One of my favorite lessons was on exit strategies. I left the class with a better understanding of how to approach investing and felt (and still feel) inspired. I visually saw every student in the room have at least one epiphany. I, myself, remember experiencing an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for everything I was learning about 75% through class and we weren’t even done yet. The wheels were spinning, okay! I’m truly so happy I invested in myself and learning.
The class was scheduled to end at 4pm and it wasn’t until we were leaving that I realized he continued answering our questions until 5:30pm. You can tell he’s really passionate about what he does and helping you learn.
I say all that to say, just go to the class. It’s worth the coin."
This type of review is everything and is exactly why I am so passionate about sharing the insights we have gained over the years..
If you missed the opportunity to attend last time, let's get you to the next one on September 28th.
