In observance of Juneteenth, our leasing office will be closed on Friday, June 19. We will reopen on Saturday, June 20, at 10:00 a.m.

Juneteenth is a time to reflect on freedom, honor resilience, and celebrate the rich history, culture, and contributions of the Black community.

Juneteenth commemorates the day in 1865 when the last enslaved African Americans in the United States learned of their freedom, marking a significant milestone in our nation's history. It is a day to honor the enduring spirit of freedom, recognize the importance of equality and justice, and celebrate the rich culture, history, and achievements of the Black community.

As we observe this important holiday, we encourage everyone to take a moment to reflect, learn, and connect with family, friends, and neighbors in the spirit of unity and community.

If you experience a maintenance emergency while the office is closed, please call 252-418-3246 and follow the verbal prompts for assistance.

After an incredibly busy week, Thursday’s pool party was exactly what we all needed! Since we had to reschedule last month, we were so thrilled that the weather turned out absolutely perfect for a day by the water. ☀️🌊

We are so grateful to our wonderful residents who came out, cooled off, and joined in the fun. Events like this wouldn’t be possible without our amazing team:

🎧 DJ Tonto (Tonto Viscoous) – keeping our parties alive and rocking the beats for the past 3 years! He’s good y’all!

🎙️ Mr. Charles (our grounds rockstar) – for stepping up and doing a fantastic job when we put him on the spot as our impromptu MC!

🙌 The Entire Staff – for all the hard work behind the scenes to pull it all together.

It was definitely a scorcher, but a great reminder of why we love our community so much! 💙
