I feel so lucky to live in this neighborhood 💛

As an adult, I’ve lived in a few different places… but this is the first time I’ve ever truly felt a sense of community like this. The kind where you know your neighbors, look out for each other, and genuinely enjoy spending time together.

A big part of that is having the Shadowmoss Golf and Country Club and bar and grille right in our backyard. Between events like the Moss Market, Golf cart parades, Food Truck Friday and live music, Music Bingo, Team Trivia, Chili Cook-off, the pool and fitness center, and everything in between, there’s always something bringing people together- this is Moss Life.

It’s actually how we got to know so many people when we first moved here… which led to wonderful friendships… and ultimately, finding our home here. 💛

The Moss Market is today from 2–6pm and it’s something we all look forward to every year… one of those days that just reminds you how incredible this neighborhood is.

Rumor has it there will be:

Shadowmoss Market Update 🌿

There are 12 active listings in Shadowmoss right now
• 7 detached homes
• 5 condos

Inventory has opened up slightly, but it’s still a relatively tight market, especially for homes that are well-updated and priced appropriately.

One of the defining features of Shadowmoss is the diversity in architectural style and setting. From original ranch homes to beautifully renovated properties, each section of the neighborhood offers something a little different and that plays a big role in how homes are valued and how quickly they move.

Understanding those nuances is key in this market.

If you had told me 3½ years ago, when I moved to a new state and city not really knowing the area or anyone, that I would be standing among some of the best, accepting these two awards… I never would have believed you.

Last week at our Realty ONE Group Coastal awards ceremony, I was honored to receive the Star Hall of Fame Platinum award ($10M–$15M in sales) and the Circle of Honor Sales award.

Last year exceeded all of my expectations. It challenged me, stretched me, and taught me so much. Through that experience I strengthened my commitment to always put my clients first. The number of closings and total sales volume will always be just numbers compared to the drive I have to serve people well in this role.

I ended up doing over $11M in sales, which still feels a little surreal to me.

Having relocated here myself, I know firsthand how overwhelming a move to a new place can feel, which is why helping people navigate that transition means so much to me.

I’m incredibly grateful for my amazing brokers Diana and George who lead our office with so much encouragement and support, and to my wonderful transaction coordinator Mary who keeps everything organized and moving smoothly behind the scenes.

Most of all, thank you to the clients, friends, and neighbors who continue to trust me and send great people my way. I truly love what I get to do.

The spring market has officially sprung in Shadowmoss and 4 homes went under contract in the last 2 days!

I have 3 buyers currently looking specifically in Shadowmoss, so I figured it couldn’t hurt to mention it here in case anyone has been considering selling.

Buyer #1 – up to $775K
Turnkey and updated, first floor primary, at least 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, min 2800 sq ft. A pool would be a bonus.

Buyer #2 – up to $900K
Must be on the golf course. Looking for turnkey and updated, first floor primary, 3 bedrooms plus an office or FROG (or 4th bedroom) and 3 bathrooms, min 2400 sq ft. A pool would be great.

Buyer #3 – up to $800K

Every once in a while, a review reminds me exactly why I do this.

Caroline and Joey relocated here from out of state and trusted me with their very first home in Charleston. Big decisions. Big emotions. Miles away from everything familiar.

Reading that they felt protected… that they never felt rushed… that they knew someone was truly in their corner, that means more to me than any number ever could.

One of the things I love most about living in Shadowmoss in Charleston, SC is the incredible sense of community and weeks like this are a perfect example.

From team trivia and Taco Tuesday to wing nights, fish & fries, and music bingo, there is always something bringing neighbors together at the club. Add in upcoming events like the Hibachi Dinner, Wine Tasting, and March Moss Market, and it’s easy to see why people fall in love with this neighborhood. 🌿✨
