MARKET UPDATE🔑

Charlotte's housing market continues to find its balance as we head into summer. More homes are hitting the market, inventory is growing, and pending sales are up nearly 8% year-over-year - showing that buyers are still making moves when the right opportunity comes along. At the same time, home values remain strong, with the average sales price up 2.4% from last year.

For buyers, increased inventory means more options and a little more breathing room. For sellers, well-priced and well-presented homes are still attracting serious interest in a market driven by motivated buyers.

The takeaway? Charlotte remains a healthy, active market - just a more balanced one than we've seen in recent years.
