Last week, I had the opportunity to attend Keller Williams Family Reunion in Atlanta, Georgia.

Over 20,000 agents from around the world gathered to recalibrate, reset, and raise the standard of how we serve our clients.

I also attended the exclusive CEO Summit, where leaders like Will Guarra, Jenny Wood, Valerie Burton, and Neil Patel shared insights on outrageous hospitality, resilience, AI, SEO, and building businesses that thrive in changing markets. Hearing from keynote speakers like Jay Shetty and Gary Vee added another layer of inspiration and perspective.

Family Reunion is more than a conference. It is a reminder that growth is intentional. Excellence is learned. And culture matters.

The sessions throughout the week reinforced something I deeply believe. When we sharpen our skills, strengthen our mindset, and stay grounded in strong values, our clients benefit.
