Beginning February 1st, the St. Andrews Place page will be disabled and all owners are encouraged to look for updates and request information through the website at www.amghoanet.com/standrews. Each owner has a username and password and you are able to review your account, print documents and contact our property manager through the website. The HOA Board meeting will be held on 12/19/2013 at 6:30 pm at Fire Station 8. The community watch meeting will not be held this month due to the holidays.

We have recently had reports of children and teenagers in the common areas after hours. The HOA recently gave authorization for Cabarrus County Sheriff's Office to enforce the dusk to dawn hours. Please ensure that all children and teenagers are not in the common areas during this time frame.

Due to the continued rising costs and risk associated, the Board of Directors will no longer schedule the foreclosure properties and developer properties, that are not owned by the HOA, to be mowed. These costs are not reimbursable to the HOA and we are working with code enforcement and the developer to have these properties maintained.
