Caranna O’Melveny is a licensed Real Estate agent in North and South Carolina. A Charlotte local of 24 years, Caranna has lived in both the Sedgefield and South Park areas of town. She is an expert on all things Charlotte and is able to provide her expertise on the local neighborhoods, schools, and the overall Queen City lifestyle. Before her real estate career, Caranna spent many years working in
residential flooring sales for Carefree Carpets. In that role, she was constantly in different homes, measuring and looking at different flooring options that would best suit the clients’ needs. She managed each sale through installation/completion, making sure the process went smoothly and ensuring that the customer was happy with the end result. Having a background in construction and flooring sales gives her a unique skillset because she knows what is involved in building a home and what lies beneath the floors and walls. She also currently owns and manages a homebuilding/remodeling company with her husband called O’Melveny Brothers Custom Homes. Her husband has been a General Contractor for 25 years and together, they handle each project taking it from the design stages all the way through selections and construction. Pleasant, SC and graduated from the University of South Carolina in Columbia. After graduation, she moved to Charlotte where she went to work for Shea Homes and also met her husband. Her and Charlie have been married for 20 years and they have two wonderful boys. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, doing hot yoga and shopping.
