NC just made ADUs easier—but your neighborhood may still have something to say about it. 🏡👀

Starting January 15, 2027, qualifying NC cities will have to allow at least one ADU on qualifying single-family properties. But city zoning and your neighborhood’s CC&Rs are two different things.
