This was a fun one! We took a couple day trips to Hendersonville exploring neighborhoods, checking out homes, and soaking in the charm of the area until we found the one for our clients. Such a fun city and being right next to the Ecusta Trail is a huge bonus. Couldn’t be happier for our buyers.

Happy New Year from Garrett & Brittany! 🎉 With some new faces around here, we figured it was the perfect time for a quick intro!

We met back in 2010 at UNCC (total babies 😅) and got married in 2012. Now we’re chasing around two awesome kids (Graham and Ava 😍) and building a business together.

Before real estate, Garrett worked in several corporate roles over the years, including Wells Fargo, Lowe’s Corporate, and MSC Industrial Supply Co. In November 2024, he officially left corporate life to join Brittany in real estate full-time.

Brittany spent over 10 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist and earned her real estate license in 2021 while still working in dentistry. After juggling both careers for a while, she decided to go all in on real estate.

Real estate has always been part of Garrett’s life. His grandpa built luxury homes, and his parents have been in real estate for over 25 years. For both of us, it really comes down to one thing: helping people find their dream homes. We are here to help every step of the way!

We’ve loved working with first-time buyers, families relocating to the area, and growing households looking for the right fit. We’re so thankful for everyone who’s trusted us with their homes.
