As an investor, (before I got my license) I always used fantastic real estate agents to net the most from my flips.
🌞Of course, it is extremely important to hire a competent agent. You need to interview them. You need to have her/him come to your house so that he/she can give you an accurate CMA. What is CMA? comparative You have to understand the process of selling and the strategy the agent might recommend you for your specific situation. A good agent will have everything spelled out for you in details. 📝A good agent will be proactive and will answer your questions before you ask them.🤓

✅You absolutely have to have preapproval 📝from a reputable lender (not just a print off prequalification from the internet) who will actually talk to you not just via email.

✅Make sure you do not start purchasing big ticket items while you are hunting for a house. You do not want to jeopardize your lendability while on a house hunt.

✅Interview 🤓your real estate agents, find somebody experienced with a strategy in place. In today’s market, working with an experienced proactive agent is extremely important. Find somebody who thinks outside the box.
