If you’re looking at the "Days on Market" (DOM) for Charlotte right now, you might notice something different. We aren't in the "sold in 4 hours" era of 2022 anymore.

The February 2026 Reality Check:

Median Days on Market: Currently hovering around 53–69 days depending on the neighborhood.

The Shift: That’s an increase from last year, but here is the secret—it’s actually a sign of a Healthy, Balanced Market. ⚖️

Inventory: We have about 3–4 months of supply now, giving buyers more breathing room and sellers a more predictable path.
