I just posted the first YouTube video on my real estate channel.
It’s the beginning of an entirely new journey--and I couldn’t be more excited.

Starting a channel from scratch is daunting for most people.
But this time, I’m walking in with confidence--because I’ve done it before.

Over the last 4 years, I grew my personal YouTube channel to 8,000 subscribers and over 500,000 views.
What started as a passion project turned into something real.
My videos became a trusted resource for Duke University applicants--and year after year, I got DMs from students saying they chose Duke because of my channel.

That’s what made the journey worth it:
Not the numbers, but the impact.
You forget how many people 8,000 subscribers actually is--until you're walking around campus and strangers come up to thank you for helping them make a life decision.

And now, I’m aiming to do the same thing again--this time in Charlotte, North Carolina.

My goal is simple:
To build the most helpful, honest, and valuable YouTube channel for people thinking about moving to Charlotte.
Whether it’s the neighborhoods, the housing market, the culture--I want to show it all.

And if I can help even one person feel more confident about their decision to move here, I’ll consider that a win.
