Stay consistent. Stay healthy. Stay recovered.

We’ve learned to give space to our boys during camp season. They need to focus on one thing only during this time. Stacking days, performing, and recovery.

They often delete their social media apps, as many choose to do this, to keep distractions to a minimum.

We always encourage them to sleep…sleep…and more sleep. Mental and physical recovery are the biggest advantages.

And as always, keep the main thing, the main thing.

They don’t see the ice baths.
The treatment.
The film sessions and all day meetings.

Here’s an opinion that might not be popular:

Not every “upgrade” actually adds value.

Sometimes it’s not the quality of the work; it’s that the style only shows up in 1 or 2 rooms, and buyers start making a mental list of projects before they’ve even finished the tour.
