Happy, Happy Birthday to my person ❤️🥳🎂

Life with you is busy, loud, chaotic, exhausting, and still my favorite adventure. You work so hard for our family, your friends, career and community and carry so much on your shoulders, yet you still show up every single day with lots of love and laughter, an impressive amount of patience (especially with Emmy 🤪) and more dedication than most can even fathom.

No matter how crazy this season of life feels, I hope you know how appreciated, loved, and admired you are. The kids and I are so blessed to call you husband and dad. Thank you for being our steady place, our biggest supporter, and the one who makes us laugh through it all.

I hope this year brings you as much happiness as you give to everyone around you. You deserve to feel celebrated today and every day.

How is it already the last day of 3rd grade for Everette and kindergarten for Emmy?! 🥹✨

So proud of them and all they’ve learned, the friendships they’ve made, and the confidence they’ve gained this year. Watching them grow into their own little people is the sweetest and craziest thing all at once.

A Mother’s Day weekend for the books 💕

Kicked it off seeing front row, courtesy of (which definitely beats the vacuum he gave me for my first Mother’s Day 🤪). Snuck in a quick visit with my (almost) 93-year-old Great Aunt Helen — she is truly a legend in every sense. Spent Saturday watching Emmy dance and enjoying some sweet fellowship with her fan club, and this morning I got to slow down, snuggle my babies, and just soak it all in for a minute.

This season of life is busy — really busy — and if I’m being honest, it can often feel overwhelming trying to juggle all the things. The calendar stays full, there’s always something that needs attention, and the day-to-day can feel like a lot. But it’s also such a good reminder that in the middle of all the chaos, the little moments matter most… because those are the moments that turn into the memories we hold onto forever.
I’m feeling especially blessed and grateful today. Even on the tough and overwhelming days, God has given me so much goodness in this life, and I never want to lose sight of that. Being their mama is my greatest gift 🤍

Happy Mothers Day to all the mamas, bonus moms, grandmothers, aunts, sisters, mother figures, and women who love, guide, nurture, and show up in the countless ways that make such a difference. I’m also thinking of those who long to be mothers, those missing their moms today, and those carrying the heartbreak of losing a child. No matter what this day means for you, may you feel thought of today. 💐 Wishing all of you a beautiful day filled with love and appreciation. 💐
