I am excited to share with you that my daughter, Katelyn, is going on her first ever mission trip July 20 – 27, 2024 to Luperon/Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic with my church, Moments of Hope, and Bless Back Worldwide. Bless Back Worldwide collaborates with trusted local partners in underdeveloped communities to create, implement and support programs that drive sustainable, long-term impact.
Specifically, this mission trip will focus on aid needed by Haitian refugees. They will be providing medical care and laying block for housing barracks for 12 families all the while preaching the message of God and spreading His to raise love to those who desperately need to be loved.
By going on this trip, she hopes to deepen her appreciation for her own life, draw closer to God and accept the love He has shown her. It has always been a dream of hers to make people feel loved and cared for as well as giving hope to the hopeless. This goal was inspired by a gift she received during her 5th grade graduation of a small rock with the phrase, "Be the change you wish to see in the world." By being part of this mission trip, she will accomplish that, and you can too. She needs to grow their team of prayer warriors and financial supporters.

We will continue with communication before, during and after the trip. You can receive these updates through Instagram and an email distribution list.
You can financially support this mission by check made payable to Moments of Hope Church or by going to the url below. If they surpass their minimum goal, the overage will be used for more permanent family housing. I need to raise at least $2,200. Donations need to be received no later than July 1st.

We are having a Support Event for our upcoming Dominican Republic Mission Trip.
