We took this listing over after it sat for several months with only 4 showings. It was overpriced and really didn't show well. We came and did a handful of refresh projects to enhance the listing, repriced it, and delivered a gorgeous marketing package that focused on the opportunity that this 8+ acre Nelson County property truly is.

The former owners' family built this home in the 80's and it is rife with memories so it is bittersweet to say goodbye. We are all grateful for the wonderful buyers that I am certain will be great stewards of the property moving forward.
