J. Thomas Construction lost one of its own today.

Kevin Maynard passed away this afternoon at Cedars Health Care Center after almost a year long stay due to his declining health.

Kevin has been with the company since the very beginning. He was a hard worker and a one of kind person.

Please keep his family & close friends in your thoughts and prayers.

You will be dearly missed, until we meet again, rest easy.

Nearly the 3,000 individuals who were killed…

The brave men & women who fled to the scenes of destructions, civilians & first responders…

The 265 ladies & gentleman aboard flights 11 of American Airlines, flight 175 of United Airlines, flight 77 of American Airlines, and flight 93 of United Airlines…

More than 2,600 people at the World Trade Center, north & south towers…

The 125 people at the Pentagon…

And every individual effected by this event that we watched from the streets, our TVs, heard over the radio…

When you stopped along the highway in shock, when you dropped to the floor in front of the tv, when you raced to your child’s school, called your family & friends…

We remember.

Every effort to find the men & women under the beams and brick…every effort to get down a flight of steps safety…every effort to put out the flames…every effort to save and bring them home…

We remember.

And we will never forget.
