I honestly wasn't prepared for the incredible response to my announcement last night.

I've spent today reading every comment, message, and text, and I truly can't thank you enough. Your encouragement, kind words, and support have meant more to me than I can put into words as I begin this next chapter.

They say growth often requires courage, and after a lot of prayer, reflection, and thoughtful conversations with my family, I'm excited to share that I'm beginning a new chapter in my real estate career.
Over the past year, I've spent a great deal of time evaluating what I want the future to look like—not just for my business, but for my family and the people I have the privilege of serving. That journey has led me to an exciting opportunity that allows me to combine two passions: helping families buy and sell homes while continuing to grow in the world of real estate investing.
As part of this next chapter, I'm excited to announce that I've joined Vylla Home and have partnered with my brother, Jimmy Tenerovich, to build Tulip Partners, our real estate brand under the Vylla Home umbrella. Together, we'll continue serving buyers, sellers, and investors with the same dedication, integrity, and client-first approach that has always been the foundation of my business.
At the same time, we're building Trade Up Turley, our real estate investment company focused on acquiring, renovating, and creating opportunities through real estate investing. Our vision is to help revitalize communities, create long-term wealth, and show others the possibilities that real estate can provide.
Some dreams take years to come together. Jimmy and I have talked about building something together for a long time, and we're incredibly grateful to finally make that vision a reality. Building this business as brother and sister isn't just exciting—it's an opportunity to combine our strengths, our shared values, and our passion for serving others through real estate.
Before I look ahead, I want to take a moment to look back.
Eight and a half years ago, when very few people wanted to take a chance on a part-time Realtor, Kelly Jooma believed in me.
