I love when a real estate story comes full circle. ❤️
Back around the Fourth of July, I shared my co-worker & friend Amy Williams’s listing on Facebook. Little did I know that some good friends of mine would see it and reach out to take a look!
At the time, they weren’t quite prepared to sell their current home, so we took our time. Over the next few months, we checked out a few properties here and there as they came up, looking for something that might be the right fit. Then, their neighbor ended up wanting to buy their home, and suddenly the pieces started falling into place!
And wouldn’t you know it…they circled right back around to this one. Yesterday, they officially closed on both their current home and their beautiful new one! 🏡
I truly could not be happier for this sweet family. They now get to raise their boys on Big Ridge, tucked away on a cul-de-sac with a beautiful yard, more space, and a layout that gives their family the function they were looking for.
This one was such a reminder that God’s plan and timing are always perfect. Even in the moments of stress, uncertainty, and doubt when we can’t quite see how everything is going to come together, He already knows the way. ❤️
There’s something extra special about getting to help friends make a move like this. I’m so excited for them and everything ahead in their beautiful new home.
Congratulations, friends! Welcome home! ❤️
