With nearly a decade of experience in real estate, Mike brings extensive industry knowledge, hands on experience, and a genuine, down-to-earth approach to every client he works with.
Mike's connection to Northern New York runs deep. Born and raised in Watertown, he spent 18 years living in the greater Tug Hill region and has called Point Salubrious home for the past eight years. That experience has given him firsthand knowledge of an incredibly diverse real estate market; from Watertown and the surrounding communities to Tug Hill, Lake Ontario, and the St. Lawrence River.
Before real estate, Mike spent an impressive 18 years working as a helicopter electrician at Fort Drum. His technical background gives him a unique eye for the mechanical and functional aspects of a property, something his buyers especially appreciate. He's not afraid to walk the land, look closely at a property, ask questions, and help his clients better understand what they're considering.
And when Mike says he'll walk every property, he means it!
Whether it's a home in town, waterfront property, recreational land, investment property, or a camp tucked away in the North Country, Mike believes his job is to be there from the beginning of the transaction all the way through closing.
