The honest answer: it depends on your situation. Here's a quick look at your options:

🏡 FHA — great for first-time buyers or lower credit
🏡 Conventional — higher credit or repeat buyers with equity
🏡 USDA — a rural loan, and yes, Chelsea, Wilsonville, and Columbiana still qualify!
🏡 VA — for active military and veterans
