It can feel so overwhelming buying a home for the first time or even getting ready to buy. It’s not your fault. You aren’t imagining it. It’s valid. It’s expected.

Home buying is HARDER for first time home buyers today than it was for previous generations, or oh my gosh, even a decade ago. Anyone who says otherwise is out of touch with today’s market and economy.

I am here to vent to, problem solve and guide you through what amounts to one of the biggest transactions most people will make in their entire lives. I would never add to that stress.

I’m here to connect you with lenders that actually understand and love helping buyers utilize Washington State loans and buyer programs that banks, in general, do not work with. Programs that were designed to help first time home buyers in an economy working against them.

I am passionate about first time home buying. There is never any judgment from me. My goal is ALWAYS to not just bring my professional skills to your home buying journey but also the ability to sit with you through the difficult stress and help ease it in any way I can.

This one was a long and arduous process but all to my wonderful clients benefit! We had a long close and boy did we need every day of it.

We were signed around under asking price, 4% in closing costs as well as my entire fee all to be paid by seller! Then realized the roof was needing to be replaced. Even after all of those concessions I was still able to squeak out half the cost of a brand new roof for my clients, to be installed before they even moved in!

Then the appraiser called something highly unusual—the paint on the fence was peeling. 😅 Fortunately I was able to negotiate with the appraiser as well and he was good enough to waive his second call out fee for my clients and agreed to only require half the fence to clear the condition.
So we rolled up our sleeves and got to work! That fence was done in one day! Go team! 🎉

Normally the sellers would knock this out but they had already moved out of state and we wanted to avoid blowing our closing date. Though I WAS able to negotiate roughly half the supplies expenses as well.

Every. Single. Step of this deal had something to figure out and as stressful as that is, every single thing ended up a blessing for two incredible first time home buyers. I feel so proud of how I was able to navigate this for them and my clients are absolutely stellar human beings for how they waded through all of it with me. ❤️

They worked SO incredibly hard for this huge milestone. Thank you for trusting me, Melissa & Brad! Congratulations!!! YOU DID IT!!!

Had peeling fence paint called by the appraiser (very unusual). With the sellers already living in another state and our closing date looming, my incredible buyers and I decided to just knock it out together.
When I say I am with my clients fully, through whatever may come—I mean it!💯

I have been unbelievably sick recently but I was so excited to finally see the new roof on my clients house! We negotiated a new roof on by close date after the inspection revealed the roof was toast. I was thrilled to get a new roof, my 3% commission as well as 4% closing costs ALL paid by seller. My goal for my buyers is minimal costs to them and this market is for BUYERS. So happy to celebrate this when closing date gets here!🎉❤️
