I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how much our industry has changed over the past few years.

It’s not just the market. It’s the consolidation of companies, mergers, technology, AI, changing consumer expectations… the business itself is evolving.

Some people are hoping things go back to the way they were.

I don’t think they will.

The agents who are going to do really well over the next decade won’t necessarily be the ones with the most experience. They’ll be the ones who stay curious, keep learning, and aren’t afraid to adjust when the industry changes around them.

One of the things I’ve always believed is that growth starts the moment we stop saying, “This is how I’ve always done it.”

That’s true whether you’ve been in the business two years or thirty.

I love talking with people who are open to new ideas—not because they have to make a change, but because they want to make sure they’re ready for whatever comes next.
