We’re primarily a commercial contractor. But occasionally a client relationship means more than a business category.

This Chesterfield client reached out because navigating the stairs in their home has become difficult. The solution — convert the main floor library and dining room into a complete master suite. Large master bath, walk-in shower, water closet, and custom master closet — everything needed to live fully and comfortably on the main level.

Integrity One Contracting is currently in the planning phase for an upscale commercial salon build-out in South Chesterfield. The schematic above was developed entirely in-house — mapping out every functional element before a permit is pulled or a wall goes up.

The scope includes hair styling stations, manicure and pedicure stations, a dedicated hair wash station, reception and cashier area, new plumbing distribution throughout, commercial ventilation systems to every nail station, electrical circuit layout, and new flooring — all coordinated and planned as a single integrated design.

Design-build is one of the most valuable services we offer commercial clients.
