Does your Realtor include staging?

My background in merchandise management informs how I stage a home... turns out all those planograms in college paid off. 😏

Here’s the deal, we live differently than we sell and staging a home is more than fluffy pillows and fresh paint.

It’s about the buyer’s perception of the home. Staging tells them how to feel when in the home. The buyer’s journey is one where they need to SEE the vision. If that doesn’t happen they’re not buying you home.
