Huge congratulations to my client who is a first time home buyer who looked long and hard until we found the most perfect home for him! I'm so excited for him to starts his life in the suburbs! Best part about today's settlement was that we got to settlement and my buyer was told his interest rate was able to be brought down! That's HUGE in today's market!!! While rates are higher than they have been, the benefits of pursuing a property with limited competition, far outweighs the increase in rates! If you are planning to be in the market this spring (either buying, selling, or investing) reach out any time in order to get prepared!
