I read that recently in an article from The Money Hunter, and immediately saved it because... yes. Exactly that.

Everyone is so focused on where rates are going that they're forgetting the actual question.
And the actual question is: what does waiting cost me?

it's more than fighting with lockboxes and unlocking doors over here!

negotiating repairs, catching loopholes in contracts, helping sellers get ready for listing, gathering estimates from contractors and of course, making time for a morning cup of coffee.

Chetek is one of the most underrated places to live in all of northwest wi, and I will die on that hill.

The lake on a Sunday morning, live music on a weeknight just because, food you can enjoy with a view...and that's just the beginning.

I've been selling real estate here long enough to know that the people who find northwest wi don't leave. And the ones who are still on the fence usually just haven't spent enough time here yet.
