✨DREAM HOME EDITION...Jonathan Court, St. John IN ✨
Back in January, I had the privilege of helping Mike and Cindy Wagner Leonard find their dream home. Then in March, we listed their beautiful home on Jonathan Court and received multiple offers. 🔥🔥
What followed was a journey filled with unexpected twists. The home went through two buyers in just two weeks, and at times it felt like it wasn't meant to be. But then, the day before Easter, Kelly called and asked to see the home.
The moment she walked through the front door, she knew. After losing her husband and raising her twin daughters while also caring for her mom, this house checked every single box she had been hoping for. She submitted an offer, Mike and Cindy accepted, and last Wednesday we officially closed. ❤️❤️
When Kelly brought her girls to see the home for the first time, Cindy had fresh cookies waiting for them. 🍪 At closing, Mike and Cindy surprised Kelly with a bottle of her favorite wine, a beautiful geranium plant, and a thoughtfully prepared packet of information about the home, complete with Cindy's personal phone number.
Afterward, Kelly called Cindy to thank her and couldn't believe how many similarities they shared. Both having a set of twins, both LOVING the same wine, both just loving the home!!!
Watching that connection form reminded me that sometimes homes really do find the families they're meant for. Third time truly was the charm, and I couldn't be happier for Kelly, her daughters, and her mom as they begin this new chapter.
To Mike and Cindy—Congratulations and thank you for your continued trust, support, and friendship. It means more to me than words can express. ❤️
