PSA for all my fellow “just casually looking” house hunters… 👀🏡

If you’ve been wondering why Zillow suddenly feels kind of… empty lately, it’s because a lot of Chicagoland listings are no longer showing up there due to MLS licensing changes.

So if you’ve been scrolling thinking:“Wait… why are there barely any new houses?”You’re not crazy. 😂

The good news? I have a much better option for my clients anyway.

I use Zenlist, which is connected directly to the MLS, I pay monthly for this app because its like tinder for houses lol… you can save, swipe, and tour what you see and I can see it immediately! It saves time especially in this market!

I hosted my second annual mini photoshoot client appreciation event this past weekend, and it was such a fun day! 💕

To celebrate Mother’s Day, I brought roses for all the moms during the shoot, which made it even more special.

As usual, I was terrible at remembering to take pictures 🤣 so I only have a few, but I’m hoping to continue making this an annual tradition!

This past week I closed on a commercial office space for the second time in two years! The first time, I represented both sides of the transaction as a dual agent, and this time the seller brought me back in when he decided to take a different direction with the property.

This year has been incredible—I’ve already surpassed my total sales from all of last year in just four months! So far, I’ve closed 8 transactions, 1 rental, and 1 commercial lease, with several more closings on the way.
