For most of you, you know who I am but since it is the start of a brand new year, I wanted to take the time to re-introduce myself to everyone.... I am Melissa Newman—a North Shore real estate advisor who believes that buying or selling a home is never just a transaction, it’s a life moment.
I work throughout the North Shore, helping clients navigate everything from first-time purchases and move-up homes to downsizing, relocations, and long-term transitions. What I love most about this work is that no two journeys are the same—and every client deserves a thoughtful, strategic approach that fits their goals, timing, and lifestyle.
My business is built on relationships, trust, and deep local clearly. I pride myself on being hands-on, responsive, and honest—guiding my clients with clarity, calm, and advocacy at every step. I believe the best decisions come from feeling informed and supported, not pressured.
