Just sold — and this one was especially bittersweet. ❤️

Helping close friends sell their home is always meaningful, but this sale came with a lot of emotion. Not only are these clients some of our closest friends, but their daughter is one of my daughter’s very best friends. Saying goodbye as they begin their new chapter in Oklahoma has been incredibly sad.

I’m so grateful they trusted me to guide them through the sale of their beautiful home, and even more grateful for the friendship and memories our families have shared. We will miss having them nearby more than words can say, but I’m so excited for everything ahead for them.

Some closings are just different. ❤️
This wasn't just another transaction—it was a home that holds so many of my own memories. I spent countless days here growing up with one of my best friends, and this house was the backdrop for so many moments I'll never forget.

Helping her mom through this next chapter, alongside her sister (who I've known and loved for years), was truly an honor. It wasn't always easy, but I'm so grateful they trusted me with something so personal.
