Hello, new page here!! We own and manage properties since 2010 in the Chicago area (Pullman, West Pullman, Burnside, Chatham, Washington Park, Grand Crossing and South Shore). We are looking for someone to help with everyday maintenance regarding (5) 6-unit buildings and (3) 2-unit buildings. We need weekly cleaning of the common areas (inside and out), mowing and snow removal, basic apartment handyman services as well (i.e. basic plumbing and electrical repairs possible).
