JUST SOLD! 🏡🔑

Here's something nobody warns you about in this business: when you spend months going through the ups and downs with people, they stop feeling like clients. Closing day is a win for everyone, but it also low key feels like your besties are moving away lol. 😅

We just helped an amazing couple close on their very first home, and they were referred to us by past clients, which honestly is the best compliment we can get.

This market was NOT easy on them. They put in a few offers that didn't work out. We even got under contract at one point, and then the sellers backed out on us (that house may/may not be egged this halloween...) It was frustrating for everyone.

But it worked out even better than we imagined. They ended up with a bigger home, closer to family, and a place they're going to build so many memories in.

So grateful we got to be part of this journey. Congrats to two of our favorite people, this is just the beginning for you guys!

Congratulations to my Friends on closing on their new home!

This closing was a special one for me. I've known the them since high school, and we've remained good friends through so many of life's milestones. We've watched each other get married, build our families, and now I had the privilege of helping him and his wife purchase a home of their own.

This was their second attempt at homeownership so they put it on pause a couple years, but they stayed patient, trusted the process, and trusted me to help guide them through the next one. I'm grateful they gave me the opportunity to be part of such an important chapter in their lives!

Together, we found a home that checked the boxes that mattered most: a great location, the updates they were looking for, and best of all, thanks to his military service and VA loan benefits, they were able to purchase their home with $0 brought to closing.

Another successful move for an amazing family! 🎉🏡

Congratulations to our client on closing on his beautiful new townhome in Orland Park!

Our client was originally connected to Donna and her husband years ago, and because of the relationship and trust that was built, he trusted us once again to help sell his home and purchase the next one for his growing family.

One of the best parts of this journey was getting to watch the excitement around this next chapter for him and his family. As families grow, needs change, priorities shift, and finding the right home becomes about so much more than bedrooms and square footage. It becomes about creating space for memories, family dinners, holidays, laughter, and building a life together.

Even better, I got to spend part of RED Day with my son alongside me! Moments like this matter because it’s bigger than work. It’s about setting an example, serving others, and being involved in the community

Today, our team at Keller Williams Experience will spend the day partnering with Blessings in a Backpack supporting students affected by food insecurity right here in our community not only monetarily but also by packing the backpacks at our office.
