A few months ago I opened up my own property management company called Mindset Management. My team furnishes and manages short term rentals for clients. It has been my ‘side hustle’ but has grossed $30,000 in 3 months and projected to double that in 3 months.

I was able to step away from my career of 13 years to pursue my own business, work as a realtor and continue to invest in our own properties. I often wake up and cannot believe this is my life.

It can be yours too. Pick something that you’re good at, turn it into a side hustle while working your full time job. Then when your side hustle exceeds your W2 income, you’ll know it’s time to step away and truly dedicate that time to work for yourself. I am so grateful that I took that chance on myself and know that your life can drastically change too if you take a chance on yourself.

I had to wear my big sunglasses for my baby’s first day of Kindergarten. I can’t believe she’s so big. 😭
Taking her to her first day of school was one of many new firsts for me as I am no longer one to be herding all the new little faces into the building on the first day. Big shout out to all teachers. You are amazing and so appreciated.
Noah had a great day in second grade. He was reunited with so many friends and loves his teacher already.
