The Cook County Board of Review appeal cycle has finally started for the 2021 assessment year. The Board of Review is now accepting appeals from homeowners living in these townships:

Maine, Palos, Leyden, West Chicago, Hyde Park, Lake View, Northfield, Wheeling

Please review the Township Appeal Deadlines below and let your clients and prospects know if they can lower their property taxes in 2021 by filing their Property Tax Appeals.
