Preserving Chicago’s incredible architecture is something I truly love. I purchased this dated greystone in the Southport Corridor and completely gutted and reimagined it—while being intentional about maintaining the character, integrity, and architectural details that make these buildings so special.
I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out, and today it’s home to three wonderful tenants who get to enjoy a piece of Chicago history with all the comforts of modern living.
There’s something incredibly rewarding about giving a beautiful old building a new chapter while honoring the one that came before it. 🤍🏡
