OK, friends/neighbors, anyone thinking of selling their home or know someone who is? I am working with several clients who are looking to get into our neighborhood, specifically Old Irving, West Walker and Independence Park. I also have clients who are limiting their search to the Belding school district so specifically need something that falls within the school boundaries.
While I have your attention, I am also looking for single family homes in the 1-1.5M range (can be a large townhome on the north side, a 2 flat in Irving Park, Jefferson Park or Avondale, and a smaller single family home from North Ave/Humboldt Park to Addison and west of the expressway. One final need, and this is a longshot, a decent sized home in Lincoln Square/Budlong Woods that is in the Waters or Jamison school district, does not need a full renovation...and is under 750K. I know, stop laughing.
