I love working with buyers! Closed on a super nice 3 Flat in Ravenswood on Friday and on a cute ranch in Mayfair yesterday. A huge selling point for the Mayfair home was the great neighbors.....right, Tony McHale?!

Sneak Peak! I won't be putting this super nice River West/Fulton Market condo on the market until next month but wanted to put it out there early if anyone is interested and questions. It is a wonderful location within close proximity to EVERYTHING but off on a treelined side street so super quiet. Perfect! Layout and finishes are top, notch, too, and the unit will be priced to move as sellers are off on their next adventure.

This final walk through was a long time coming! We were able to get my wonderful buyers under contract on a home that was not even on the market yet. Not on the multiple listing service, not on the private listing service, not on any “pocket listing” or private sale site. We negotiated the sale and closed without my clients having to go through the hell of a multiple offer. We found the home through our personal and professional networks developed through years of working with buyers, sellers and other Realtors. It’s the perfect example of how buyers benefit from professional representation when buying a home.

Chicago's downtown skyline is an absolute masterpiece, challenging any city to compete. The architectural symphony of towering structures paints a picture of urban beauty that rivals the best. Sorry, other cities, but Chicago's skyline is simply on another level.

According to the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland Chicago's net migration should be back to pre pandemic levels in 3 to 9 months. My experience with traffic of late supports this trend.....as does the photo Crain's chose to use for the article.

Fewer people are leaving Chicago these days — but it's still in the red on migration.
