The AASEW and Wis Apt Assoc have asked the Wis Sup Ct for guidance on how to handle the CDC moratorium.

Will be interesting to see where this goes. In talking to a lot of landlord attorneys locally in seems the CDC Declaration is being used as a "get out of rent free" card with almost no tenants offering to pay partial rent as they have promised to do (sworn!) in their Declaration.
