We helped a longtime landlord client get liquid by selling a 2 unit property at list price. The standout: it closed as the highest sale for a 2 unit building in the area. Strong pricing, smart positioning, and clean ex*****on made it happen.
Right after that, a referral client came my way looking to purchase a condo near the Loop. We moved fast, identified top options, and navigated multiple offer scenarios. The result: keys in hand in just 30 days.
Momentum kept going. As of this morning I’m now under contract with a Veteran client purchasing a condo in Chicago’s Rogers Park neighborhood after 20 years of service overseas. It’s an honor to help guide that next chapter.
