Naples Reserve Real Estate Update - Hi fellow Naples Reservians, our real estate outlook remains strong! As of 6/14/24, there are 36 homes for sale and 5 homes under contract. The least expensive is a villa at 535k and the most expensive is a Crane Point home at 2.695m. The homes under contract range from $529k-2.295m. There are 20 homes for sale under a million and 17 homes for sale above 1m. There are still a few homes available for seasonal rental next year, please reach out with inquiries or to place your home for rent or sale.
