Today we officially CLOSED on this awesome condo!

After a long journey, this one is finally CLOSED!

Buying a home isn’t always a straight line from Point A to Point B. Sometimes there are delays, unexpected challenges, extra paperwork, and a few moments where everyone has to take a deep breath and keep pushing forward.

This transaction had more than its fair share of obstacles, but through it all, my clients never lost sight of the goal. I’m incredibly grateful for the patience and trust they placed in me throughout the process.

Pretty cool to see I came in at #13 in the state for Century 21 Circle last month 🤯 .

Sometimes a closing isn’t just a transaction...it’s the closing of a chapter.

This home has been in my wife's family since 1973. It’s where my father-in-law built multiple additions with his own hands along with help from friends, family, and fellow tradespeople… it's where my in-laws built their life together, and where my wife and her sisters grew up. Over the years, it became the backdrop for countless holidays, birthdays, and memories...eventually filled with 9 grandkids running through it.

I'm grateful I could help play a small role in guiding them through this process, especially with how overwhelming it can feel.

Bittersweet doesn’t quite cover it, but I'm excited for what’s next for them, and excited for the new owners who get to start their own chapter here.
