It’s across from Belmont Harbor. Designed by Chicago architect Robert S. De Golyer, this elegant property was built in 1926 as a luxury apartment building. It was originally called "Cornelia Apartments" because it was located at the corner of Cornelia and what was then Sheridan Road.
