FROM RENTERS TO HOMEOWNERS… NOW THAT’S A STORY WORTH SHARING. 🏡🥂

These clients were originally referred to me looking for a rental. They wanted to buy, but because of a VA eligibility timing issue, purchasing wasn’t an option until July. Signing another year-long lease seemed like the only choice.

I saw a better way. 👀

I suggested exploring a short extension of their current rental to bridge the gap. Once they secured the extra time, I built a game plan around getting them into a home of their own instead of wasting another year renting.

The challenge? Finding the home was only half of it. I also needed a seller willing to accept an almost two-month extended closing.

Challenge accepted. 😉

I found the home, negotiated the extended timeline AND got seller-paid closing costs included. They were able to lock in their future home nearly two months before they could even close.

What came to me as a rental referral officially became HOMEOWNERSHIP. 🔑

🤍 Sometimes selling a home isn't just about moving. Sometimes it's about getting a second chance.

Before we ever put this home back on the market, my clients were already listed with another agent.

🔥 The market’s hot, but my clients’ deal? Even hotter. 🔥

Here’s the story:

They first reached out looking for a rental. After touring a couple, I asked, “Why not buy?” They had a VA timeline and couldn’t close until August, so I suggested we try under the wife’s approval. I got her pre-approved with my lender, and we started exploring that option. We toured homes and even went under contract once, but the inspection just wasn’t it. We kept looking, but nothing we found under that approval amount was substantial enough for the future they envisioned for their growing family.
