Metro on Main in Morton Grove is already 80% sold, and yet we only opened 10 months ago! Take a look at these photos of our models and you'll quickly understand one reason why they are so popular. (Hint: think big!)

The kitchens are getting rave reviews, along with the beautiful exteriors.

All aboard! Three model homes recently debuted at Metro on Main, a new transit-oriented townhome development of 89 townhomes within steps of the Morton Grove Metra train station. The new models by Taylor Johnson client Lexington Homes, one of Chicago's oldest and largest private homebuilders, opened just as the community’s first residents began to move in. Metro on Main is also Lexington's fastest-selling community in decades, with more than 75% of the homes sold in about 10 months. With the community located in Chicago’s inner burbs, we targeted the Daily Herald as the ideal place to run news about Metro on Main’s impressive sales, new models and how one plan showcases the largest kitchen Lexington has ever offered in a townhome.
