1. Missing GFCI outlets
2. Hairline foundation cracks
3. “Mold-like substance”
4. 10-15 year old mechanicals
5. Poor insulation in the attic

In my opinion, sellers should never stick around for the home inspection. 🚫🏡

It makes buyers uncomfortable, slows down the process, and can even hurt the deal.
