Another day, another mitigation installation. This one had to be especially tidy due to being inside of finished space.

This was for a real estate transaction and the customer was the seller. I wish that the buyer was paying so I could have color matched the pipe to the house, but the customer wanted the least expensive option possible 🤷‍♂️

Sometimes Radon Mitigation is a quick and simple project. Sometimes it is more involved…

Yesterday’s installation included sub-slab depressurization tied into the interior French drains in the basement, as well as the full encapsulation of a 30x36 crawlspace to allow sub-membrane depressurization.

This customer had radon levels 10x higher than the EPA recommended action level!
