Briarberry Mobile Home Park, located at 11395 State Route 104, Lucasville, OH 45648, is hosting an open house on Tuesday, November 11th, from 10 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. We have the following manufactured homes available for rent.

1. Two bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths. Rent is $750, including water, trash, and sewage.
2. Three bedrooms, two baths. Rent is $900, including water, trash, and sewage.
3. Two bedrooms, one bath. Rent is $650, including water, trash, and sewage.

-Tenant pays electricity (AEP)
-Tenant pays a one-time non-refundable water fee of $125
-Tenant must provide appliances
-Tenant is responsible for maintaining the lot
-Some pets are accepted with a pet deposit and a monthly pet fee

We do not work with any of the following:
-No eviction history
-No recent criminal history
-No recent drug history
-No registered sexual offenders

$25 non-refundable application fee per adult, with background and income verification required for each adult.
