Starting in January of next year there will be a tax that will be imposed in California for properties over $5-$10million USD. This was passed relatively quietly but it puts business owners who own many larger properties at risk for getting charged with higher tax rates for each property sold! Just posting this as fair warning for anyone who owns properties and businesses here in the state!

Best word of advice is to keep going! Half of the battle is securing the client. Sometimes they can be a bit overwhelming but just keep it going and eventually you'll get the deal done! keep moving forward!

Good morning and happy December to all!

As you may or may not know, I am a here in Southern California. I get asked a lot about how to navigate leasing in the commercial industry. Loopnet has just posted this article about navigating the NNN or the Triple Net Lease. This is mainly for the warehouse leasers or the newcomers to the market but I believe it can be very useful knowledge for anyone!
