The sun is truly setting on Solitude Ridge. Here she is back in the summer of 2019 - seems not that long ago. Amy and I have decided to turn the page and simplify our lives a bit by selling Solitude Ridge and Solitude Pointe. Ridge has a contract on it already, but there's one last chance to grab a farewell stay this weekend - I just cleared the book for a 2 night stay if you'd like to come get some of this rarified air here in the NRV! If you're looking for real estate in the NRV, Solitude Pointe is still up for grabs, give me a holler!

Brand new construction of the same house plan our guests are familiar with with a modern aesthetic, but we added and half bath downstairs for your convenience, and the master got even bigger. You'll enjoy the peace and serenity that a 14 and a half acre lot gives you, along with the incredible views you've come to expect from us (and we delivered!)

Time for a review! We get a lot of positive reviews at the Solitude Properties, but this one stood out, thought it was worth sharing. Also, enjoy this pic a guest was kind enough to share with us - now I'm sharing with you!

Dennis ; "My wife and I spent Labor Day weekend at Dave’s place at Solitude Ridge, and it was everything we could have hoped for—and more. We came looking for a quiet, peaceful escape, and not only was the home spotless and beautifully kept, but the surroundings made us feel like we had truly stepped into a retreat. The environment was so serene, the air so fresh, and the setting so beautiful that more than once we found ourselves saying we could just drop everything and move up here.

From the moment we arrived, Dave and his wife made us feel genuinely welcome. Their communication was clear, thoughtful, and caring—they even had firewood and s’mores ready for us, which made our evenings by the fire pit under the setting sun unforgettable. We loved how quiet and private it was, while still being close enough to enjoy the best of Christiansburg and the surrounding area.

Every detail was carefully prepared, and every moment felt restful. We left feeling recharged and grateful."

Its coming soon, Ladies and Gentlemen - our next property! We hope to have it ready for as much of the football season as possible, stay tuned for updates! Essentially its the same floor plan you know and love (with an added 1/2 bath) sitting on 14 acres teaming with wildlife, and of course, an incredible view! This property is on the other side of Blacksburg, and the location truly defines serenity. Enjoy a few pics, more coming soon!
