We are so thankful you trusted us to help you buy the land where you plan to build your forever home! It has truly been a blessing getting to know you both throughout this journey, and we definitely felt God’s hand in the midst of this entire transaction. 🙏

🏡 Congratulations to our seller on the successful sale of this property! 🎉

We’re incredibly thankful you trusted us to represent you and get the job done! This one sat a little longer than we originally anticipated, but after 67 days on the market, we found the right buyer and got it under contract.

In today’s market, you never know exactly how long a property may take to sell. We truly believe that sometimes a property is simply waiting for the right buyer to come along — and that’s exactly what happened here!

A huge thank you to NRV Title & Escrow for always being in our corner and handling every closing with precision and ease. We appreciate everyone who helped get this one across the finish line! 🏡🔑

Thinking about buying or selling? Give us a call — we’d love the opportunity to help you next!

🎉 Join us in congratulating Lee and Ethel on the purchase of their forever home in beautiful Tazewell County! 🎉

We first met Lee and Ethel remotely while they were living out of state. After about a month and a half of live video tours and recorded walkthroughs, we found the perfect place! ❤️

After some intense negotiations, we were able to save them $10,000 off the purchase price AND beat out another offer! 🙌

Their new home was originally built in 1806 and has been beautifully renovated while maintaining its character. Sitting on just under 5 acres with a stream and garage, it’s the perfect place to enjoy retirement and make memories with family and friends. 🏡

A huge thank you to NRV Title and Escrow for making the remote signing happen and helping make everything a breeze!

Lee and Ethel, thank you for trusting us to guide you through such an important decision. Congratulations and welcome home! 🎉

We are so excited to share that our Seller secured a contract on this property just 23 days after hitting the market! 🎉

Over the past few months, we’ve seen the market shift more in favor of Buyers. Homes are still selling, but some are taking a little longer to go under contract. That being said, it is still a great time to buy or sell!

There is a lot that goes into successfully selling a property, and strategic pricing and effective marketing can make a huge difference. We work hard to go above and beyond for every client, providing a 5-star experience from start to finish. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This property was purchased a couple of years ago, and our Seller put a lot of time, effort, and care into improving the land and adding a beautiful double-wide home. Now, a new owner will have the opportunity to make it their own, create memories, and enjoy it for years to come! 🏡

Thinking about buying or selling? Give us a call! We can make it happen while making the process feel easy every step of the way.

Hey everyone, let’s give a big Virginia welcome to Chris, his wife Jamie, and the rest of the Heim family! 🎉🏡

Chris has called Pennsylvania home for the past 30 years and recently retired, making the move to Virginia. We were honored to help make the transition easier by sending detailed videos of the property and being extra thorough so they could see exactly what they were purchasing from a distance.

We’re so thankful they found such a great spot tucked away in the beautiful mountains of Wytheville! 🏔️🌲

Thank you, Chris and Jamie, for trusting us to represent you throughout this transaction. We truly appreciate the opportunity to be part of this exciting new chapter for your family!

And a big thank you to NRV Title & Escrow for accommodating the closing and helping make it happen, as always! 🙌

Thinking about buying or selling? We’d love the opportunity to help. Referrals are the greatest compliment you can give our family and business, and we truly appreciate every recommendation!

Every closing has a story, and this one is especially meaningful!

This sweet family packed up their lives in Arizona and made the journey to Virginia in search of a place to call home. Now they're settling into three beautiful acres where they'll watch their kids grow, make lifelong memories, raise a few farm animals, and build the life they've been dreaming of.

It was truly an honor to help such kind, hardworking people find the perfect place to begin this exciting new chapter.

Thank you for trusting us to be part of your journey. Welcome home, and welcome to Virginia! ❤️🏡
